To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 26.4, agrees that provisions of the Protection of Freedoms Bill in so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales, should be considered by the UK Parliament.

A Legislative Consent Memorandum has been laid in Table Office on 1 March 2011 in accordance with Standing Order 26.2(i).

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales in accordance with Standing Order 24.4:

Approves that the draft The Children Act 1989 (Higher Education Bursary) (Wales) Regulations 2011 is made in accordance with the draft laid in the Table Office on 7 February 2011.

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales:

Supports the Welsh Assembly Government's vision for dementia services as set out in the National Dementia Vision for Wales - Dementia Supportive Communities.

To propose that the Assembly resolves to adopt the following amendments to motions:

Add as new point at end of motion:

Regrets the lack of clear milestones for implementation from the Welsh Assembly Government in the Dementia Vision for Wales – Dementia Supportive Communities.

Add as new point at end of motion:

Calls on the Welsh Assembly Government to clearly state timeframes in which to deliver the commitments stated in the National Dementia Vision for Wales - Dementia Supportive Communities.

3. Nick Ramsay (Monmouth)

Add as new points at end of motion:

Notes with concern that only a third of people with dementia get a formal diagnosis;

Calls on the Welsh Assembly Government to provide greater support to enable people with dementia to stay in their own homes for longer.
