To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 27.9:
Agrees:
1. The budget of the Assembly Commission for 2008/9, as specified in Table 1 of the "National Assembly for Wales Commission Budget Proposals 2008/9”, laid before the Assembly on 21 November 2007;
2. That the budget be incorporated in the annual budget motion under Standing Order 27.17(ii).

Notes with regret the exclusion of a Bill to establish St David's Day as a national holiday in Wales.

Notes with regret the exclusion of a Bill to fully recognise, within the education system, the value of vocational education and skills development for 16-19 year olds.
