Park Homes Ombudsman

The National Assembly for Wales notes that while many estate owners of park homes are amenable to the needs of their tenants some abuse their position leaving many tenants in difficulty; further notes that in many cases park home owners are financially vulnerable; and therefore calls for the appointment of an ombudsman to oversee their complaints.
