Dignity and Respect
At the Welsh Parliament we are committed to providing an inclusive culture that is free from harassment.
We expect that those who work with, or come in to contact with, Members of the Sebedd, the staff they employ or Senedd Commission employees, are treated with dignity and respect.
Following the statements made by the Llywydd, the Chair of the Standards of Conduct Committee and the leaders of the party groups in November 2017 and February 2018, we approved our Dignity and Respect policy on 16 May 2018.
