The internet has changed the way we access, use, and share information. As a public sector body which makes laws for Wales and looks at the work of the Welsh Government, we produce a lot of information.  This includes some datasets which are provided as open data. Making our work transparent and accountable are key priorities for the National Assembly for Wales. We are opening up our content, because it is your content.

Assembly Business

Plenary business search

You can use this search to look through all documents relating to Plenary or any Plenary-related business.

Assembly Commission

The Assembly Commission

The Assembly Commission is made up of the Presiding Officer and four other Assembly Members nominated by the main political parties. It is responsible for the providing property, staff and services to support Members.

Annual reports and accounts

Previous Annual reports submitted to the Assembly Commission by the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee can be viewed in this section.

Corporate performance reports

​​The Assembly Commission publishes a Corporate Performance Report three times annually. Previous reports can be viewed in this section.

​Disclosure log

The Freedom of Information Act gives members of the public a general right of access to information held by public authorities. Our Disclosure Log captures the requests that are published on our website.

Assembly Member allowances

Assembly Members are entitled to resources to employ staff and run offices in their constituencies so that they can deal with issues and cases raised by the people they represent. They are also entitled to be reimbursed for any expenses incurred when it has been necessary to stay away from their main home overnight when carrying out official Assembly duties.
