The support available to you

Being involved in the complaints process can be emotionally challenging and require courage. The following suggestions are provided as a guide to assist and support you should you find yourselves in this position. 

If you think support would assist you, please consider contacting one of the following:

For anyone involved in the complaints process

  • your family, friends or colleagues
  • your HR department
  • your trade union
  • your GP
  • Samaritans 116 123
  • Sexual Harassment Helpline (in partnership with Survivor’s Trust) 08088 101818.

For Senedd Commission staff

  • all the above sources
  • the Senedd Occupational Health Nurse (available through Senedd HR Department)
  • the Employee Assistance programme 0800 174 319

For Members and their support staff including party staff paid for out of Senedd funds

 In addition, in appropriate circumstances I may offer you independent support from Victim’s Support.  If you believe that you need that independent support, you must tell me.
