The Business Committee remitted the Regulation of Registered Social Landlords (Wales) Bill to the External Affairs and Additional Legislation Committee. To facilitate Stage 1 scrutiny of this Bill the External Affairs and Additional Legislation Committee resolved to create a small sub-committee at its meeting on 9 October 2017.
