To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Section 84H of the Local Government Finance Act 1988:

Approves the Local Government Finance Report (No. 2) 2010 -2011 (Final Settlement - Police) laid in Table Office and e-mailed to Assembly Members on Tuesday 02 February 2010.

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales in accordance with Standing Order 22.34:

Approves the draft The National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Local Government) Order 2010

The draft Order and Explanatory Memorandum were laid before the Assembly on 02 February 2010;

The report of the Legislation Committee No. 2 on the Proposed The National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Local Government) Order 2010 was laid before the Assembly on 07 December 2009.

The motion was agreed, in accordance with Standing Order 7.35.

Item 5: Motion on the All Wales Convention

NDM4395 Jane Hutt (Vale of Glamorgan)

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales resolves, in accordance with section 104(1) of the Government of Wales Act 2006, that a recommendation should be made to Her Majesty in Council to make an Order in Council under section 103(1) of the Act.

Given the unique legal status of the resolution, and the special requirements of Section 104 of the Government of Wales Act, a recorded vote was taken.
