Established on 15 October 2025, the Member Accountability Bill Committee has been set up by the Senedd to scrutinise the Senedd Cymru (Member Accountability and Elections) Bill.

The committee has five members from different political groups represented in the Senedd. The chair of the Committee is the Deputy Presiding Officer, David Rees MS.
