Family fun for St David’s Day at the Senedd
26 February 2014
Face-painting, crafts and cookery demonstrations are just part of the fun on offer as the National Assembly for Wales celebrates St David’s Day at the Senedd on 1 March.
Visitors will also be able to sample some of Wales’s finest produce and pick up some culinary tips from S4C TV Chef Dudley Newbery.
Our tour guide team will also be giving special talks about the National Assembly’s work from the floor of the Siambr to the public gallery.
And if the wet and windy weather continues people can warm up with a free bowl of cawl as well.
The day culminates with the delivery of the St David’s Day Message to be received by the National Assembly’s Deputy Presiding Officer, David Melding AM.
In the run up to 1 March the National Assembly has been tweeting a Welsh fact each day using #stdavidsday.
