The Welsh Parliament has been praised as one of the top employers in the UK for working parents and carers.
National charity Working Families has announced its Top Employers for 2024, awarding the Senedd Commission a place among the Top 30 workplaces on its competitive list of family-friendly and flexible employers in the UK.

Employers large and small from across the public, private, and third sectors compete annually to gain a coveted place on the Working Families charity’s list.
The Senedd Commission is consistently ranked high in the list, and this year it sits alongside international companies such as Aviva, bp, Royal Bank of Canada, and international law firm Mayer Brown among the Top 30 employers.
