The Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2014 begin on 23 July with more than 230 athletes from Wales due to battle it out for gold.
They will be taking part in a range of sports from swimming to track and field, boxing to hockey, and rugby to netball.
“The performance by Welsh athletes at the London Olympics and Paralympics was an outstanding achievement,” said Dame Rosemary Butler AM.
“Many of them will now join teammates to pull on the red vest and compete for Team Wales.
“On behalf of all Assembly Members and staff, I would like to wish our Welsh competitors good luck in their quest for gold.”
