In line with recent changes to the Welsh Government’s Covid-19 Alert Levels, the Senedd estate has been opening in phases. Any in-person opportunities described on this page may not be available at present, but we hope to be able to run them again shortly. The Senedd North Wales Office, Colwyn Bay is open to the public between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday situated on the ground floor at Prince's Park on Prince's Drive.

Visitors are welcome to call during the above hours to obtain information about the work of the Senedd and members of staff are available to deal with enquiries. A range of publications are also available.

How to get to us:


From the east, leave the A55 at junction 20 and at the traffic lights turn left on to Princes Drive. The Senedd is the first office building on the left.

From the west, leave the A55 at junction 20, turn right and follow the sign for Colwyn Bay. Take the first left on the roundabout, following the signs for the promenade along Princes Drive. The Senedd is the first office building on the left.

Rail: It takes five minutes to walk from Colwyn Bay Station.

Our North Wales office is all on one level with level access from the street.

We have signage in braille. Hearing induction loops are available on the reception desk and in our conference room.

We welcome assistance dogs.

For visitors with autism and sensory differences, we welcome preparatory visits by carers and helpers.

For non-binary visitors we have gender-neutral toilets available.
