This Order amends the terms implied into agreements for the stationing of mobile homes on protected sites in Wales by section 2 of the Mobile Homes Act 1983. These implied terms are contained in Schedule 1 of that Act.

  • Motion to approve The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 (15 mins)

These Regulations replace the system of waste management licensing in Part II of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (c.43) and the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994 (as amended), and the system of permitting in the Pollution Prevention and Control (England and Wales) Regulations 2000 (as amended), with a new system of environmental permitting in England and Wales.
