Approves The Draft National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Housing and Local Government) Order 2010.

The draft Order and Explanatory Memorandum were laid before the Assembly on 23 February  2010;

The report of the Legislation Committee No. 2 on the Proposed National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Housing and Local Government) Order 2010 was laid before the Assembly on 29 January 2010.
