To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 26.91:

Agrees that Mark Isherwood may introduce a Bill to give effect to the pre-ballot information tabled on 14 October 2011 under Standing Order 26.90.

1. Notes that in 2011 pedestrian casualties represented 21 per cent of Killed and Seriously Injured (KSI) road traffic casualties in Wales;

2. Recognises the proven casualty reduction benefits of 20mph speed limits; and

3. Calls on local authorities to increase the number of 20mph zones in Wales.
