To propose that the National Assembly for Wales; in accordance with Standing Order 24.4:

1. Approves that the draft The Mutilations (Permitted Procedures) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 is made in accordance with the draft laid in the Table Office on Date 7 October  2010.

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales; in accordance with Standing Order 24.4:

1. Approves that the draft The Welfare of Farmed Animals (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 is made in accordance with the draft laid in the Table Office on Date 7 October  2010

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales; in accordance with Standing Order 24.4:

Approves The Draft National Assembly for Wales Referendum (Assembly Act Provisions) (Referendum Question, Date of Referendum Etc.) Order 2010.

The draft Order and Explanatory Memorandum were laid before the Assembly on 21 October 2010;

The Report of views of the Electoral Commission on the proposed referendum question was laid before the Assembly on 21 October 2010.

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales; in accordance with Standing Order 24.4:

Approves The National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Amendment of Schedule 7 to the Government of Wales Act 2006) Order 2010

The draft Order and Explanatory Memorandum were laid before the Assembly on 21 October 2010.

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales:

1. Welcomes the 2009-10 Annual Report of the Children’s Commissioner for Wales; and

2. Notes that the Deputy Minister for Children will draw up a response from the Welsh Assembly Government and report to the National Assembly on this by 31 March 2011.

Suspends Standing Order24.6to allow Named Day Motions NDM4574 and NDM4575to be considered in Plenary on Tuesday9 November2010.

Calls on the Welsh Assembly Government to fully implement the Commissioner’s recommendations in a timely and consistent manner.
