To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 22.50:

Agrees that Helen Mary Jones may lay a proposed Order, to give effect to the outline proposed Order provided on 12 December 2007 under Standing Order 22.48, and an Explanatory Memorandum.
