To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, for the purposes of any provisions resulting from the Proposed National Assembly for Wales (Remuneration) Measure, agrees to any increase in expenditure of a kind referred to in Standing Order 23.80(ii)(b) arising in consequence thereof.

Approves that the draft The Dormant Bank and Building Society Accounts Act 2008 (Prescribed Restrictions) (Wales) Order 2010 is made in accordance with the draft laid in the Table Office on 5 March 2010.

Notes the progress made against the Financial Inclusion Strategy for Wales in tackling financial exclusion and improving financial capability.

To propose that the Assembly resolves to adopt the following amendments to motions:

Alun Cairns (South Wales West)

Add new point to the end of the motion;

Regrets that income inequality has reached the highest levels since record began and calls on the Welsh Assembly Government to prioritise working with the Financial Services Authority, voluntary sector and education providers in delivering the Financial Inclusion Strategy.
