To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 24.4:

Approves that the draft The Local Education Authorities and Children’s Services Authorities (Integration of Functions) (Wales) Order 2010 is made in accordance with the draft laid in the Table Office on 23 February 2010.

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 24.4:

Approves that the draft Animal Welfare (Electronic Collars) (Wales) Regulations 2010 is made in accordance with the draft laid in the Table Office on 24 February 2010.

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 24.4:

Approves that the draft The Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Controlled Activity) (Wales) Regulations 2010 is made in accordance with the draft laid in the Table Office on 23 February 2010.

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales:

Welcomes the annual report for 2008-09 of Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales which was laid in the Table Office and e-mailed to Assembly Members on 16 March 2010.

NDM4448 Jane Hutt (Vale of Glamorgan)

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales in accordance with section 16(4) of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004:

Approves the draft revised Code of Audit Practice of the Auditor General for Wales.

A copy of the draft revised Code of Audit Practice of the Auditor General was laid in the Table Office and e-mailed to Assembly Members on 16 March 2010.

To propose that the Assembly resolves to adopt the following amendments to motions:
