Approves that the draft The Child Minding and Day Care Exceptions (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016 is made in accordance with the draft laid in the Table Office on 4 December 2015.

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6 agrees that provisions in the Trade Union Bill, relating to an additional ballot threshold requirement for industrial action in 'important public services', trade union facility time and 'check-off' arrangements in so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales, should be considered by the UK Parliament.
A Legislative Consent Memorandum has been laid in Table Office on 20 November 2015 in accordance with Standing Order 29.2(i) and (iii).
