Approves the Local Government Finance Report (No. 1) 2008-2009 (Final Settlement - Councils) laid in Table Office and e-mailed to Assembly Members on Tuesday 22 January.

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales in accordance with Standing Order 23.24:

Agrees to the general principles of the proposed NHS Redress (Wales) Measure 2008.

The proposed NHS Redress (Wales) Measure 2008 and Explanatory Memorandum were laid before the Assembly on 2 July 2007;

A report by the Proposed NHS Redress (Wales) Measure Committee is due to be laid before the Assembly by 25 January 2008.
