Item 6:   Motion to approve an Apprenticeship, Skills, Children and Learning Bill legislative consent motion under Standing Order 26

NDM4229 John Griffiths (Newport West)

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 26.4, agrees that provisions of the Apprenticeship, Skills, Children and Learning Bill relating to the education of young offenders, in so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales, should be considered by the UK Parliament.

The Motion was agreed, in accordance with Standing Order 7.35.

Item 7: Debate on the Community Cohesion Strategy

To propose that the National Assembly

1. Welcomes the publication of the Welsh Assembly Government’s All Wales Community Cohesion Strategy and

2. Looks forward to the Welsh Assembly Government’s response to the consultation.
