Notes the report of the Health, Wellbeing and Local Government Committee on its Inquiry into Wheelchair Services in Wales, which was laid in the Table Office on 19 May 2010.

Note: The response by the Minister for Health and Social Services to the report was laid on 30 June  2010.

The motion was agreed, in accordance with Standing Order 7.35.

The National Assembly for Wales:

1. Notes the urgent need to improve rural economic competitiveness as a means to regenerate rural communities;

2. Believes that the Welsh Assembly Government must ensure that public services take into account the particular needs of rural Wales.
