Item 4: Statement by the Minister for Social Justice and Public Service Delivery: Changes to the Small Business Rate Relief Scheme

The Presiding Officer made a Statement on the running of a ballot for Members to submit proposals for: Legislative Competence Orders under Standing Order 22.47; and Mesures under Standing Order 23.99. A procedural motion to extend the meeting was moved and agreed.
