Motion to suspend Standing Orders
NDM 4034 Dafydd Elis-Thomas (Dwyfor Meirionnydd)
That the National Assembly for Wales in accordance with Standing Orders 35.6 and 35.8:
Suspends Standing Order 7.18 (i) and that part of Standing Order 6.10 that requires the weekly announcement under Standing Order 6.3 to constitute the timetable for business in Plenary for the following week, to allow the motions under Item 1 to be considered in Plenary on Tuesday 14 October 2008.

Item 1: Motions to establish and elect the Proposed Welsh Red Meat Industry LCO Committee.
NNDM 4035 Dafydd Elis-Thomas (Dwyfor Meirionnydd)
To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 21.1,
establishes a Committee to consider and report on the proposed 'National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Agriculture and Rural Development) Order 2008’
in relation to the Welsh Red Meat Industry, laid in the Table Office on 22 September
2008.
The Committee shall cease to exist once the Committee has reported.

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 10.3, elects Ann Jones (Labour), Val Lloyd (Labour), Nerys Evans (Plaid Cymru), Brynle Williams (Conservative) and Mick Bates (Liberal Democrat) as members of the Proposed Welsh Red Meat Industry LCO Committee.
