Motion to suspend Standing Orders

That the National Assembly for Wales in accordance with Standing Orders 35.6 and 35.8:

Suspends Standing Order 7.18 (i) and that part of Standing Order 6.10 that requires the weekly announcement under Standing Order 6.3 to constitute the timetable for business in Plenary for the following week, to allow the motion to elect members to the Subordinate Legislation Committee (NNDM3620) to be considered in Plenary on Tuesday 19th June 2007.

Agreed in accordance with Standing Order 7.35.

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 10.3, elects Jeff Cuthbert (Labour), Alun Davies (Labour), Irene James (Labour), Sandy Mewies (Labour), Janet Ryder (Plaid Cymru), Dai Lloyd (Plaid Cymru), Andrew RT Davies (Conservative), Paul Davies (Conservative) and Eleanor Burnham (Liberal Democrat) as members of the Subordinate Legislation Committee.

Agreed in accordance with Standing Order 7.35.
