Item 4: Debate on the Annual Report of the Children’s Commissioner

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales:

1. Welcomes the 2006-07 Annual Review of the Children’s Commissioner for Wales; and

2. Notes that the Minister for Children, Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills will draw up a response from the Welsh Assembly Government and report to the National Assembly on this by 31 March 2008.  

The Motion was agreed, in accordance with Standing Order 7.35.
