To propose that the National Assembly for Wales:

1. Endorses the Welsh Assembly Government's strategy for skills development for business through Skills that Work for Wales and the Workforce Development Programme; and

2. Commends the Welsh Assembly Government's support for skills in the workplace during the recession.

Welcomes the continued progress on implementing the Welsh Assembly Government's One Wales Programme.

Delete all after "The National Assembly for Wales:" and replace with:

"Regrets the failure of the Welsh Assembly Government to deliver significant improvements as outlined in the One Wales programme, in particular those relating to the economy and public services in Wales."
