To propose that the National Assembly for Wales; in accordance with Standing Order 24.4
1. Considers the report of the Subordinate Legislation Committee laid in the Table Office on 7 November 2007 in relation to the draft The Mobile Homes Act 1983 (Amendment of Schedule 1) (Wales) Order 2007; and
2. Approves that the draft The Mobile Homes Act 1983 (Amendment of Schedule 1) (Wales) Order 2007 is made in accordance with:
a) the draft laid in the Table Office on 17 October 2007; and
b) the Explanatory Memorandum laid in the Table Office on
17 October 2007.
