Jonathan Morgan (Cardiff North): What discussions has the Minister had with Cardiff and Vale NHS Trust over their proposal to move acute beds into the community. (WAQ51925)

Jonathan Morgan (Cardiff North): Did the Minister inform the the First Minister about a potential conflict of interest, as in the Ministerial Code, before initiating the independent review of neurosurgery services; if not, why did she chose not to do so. (WAQ51926)
