To ask the Minister for the Environment and Sustainable Development

Mike Hedges (Swansea East): What action is the Welsh Government taking to ensure that all educational buildings and institutions, including nursery and further education buildings, are legally obliged to comply with building acoustic standards and regulations. (WAQ58413)

Mike Hedges (Swansea East): Further to the devolution of building regulations, due to come into effect on 31 December 2011, does the Minister have any plans to increase the legal scope of Building Bulletin 93. (WAQ58414)

Mark Drakeford (Cardiff West): Will the Minister provide a breakdown, by Local Health Board area, of the number of people currently receiving mental health services within (a) adult mental health services (i.e. through Community Mental Health Teams and outpatients clinics), (b) child and adolescent mental health services, and (c) older people’s mental health services (including dementia services.)
