Rhodri Glyn Thomas (Carmarthen East and Dinefwr): For each of the last four calendar years, and 2012 to date, will the Minister list the number of planning applications, per planning authority, which have been:

a) called-in by Welsh Ministers; and

Peter Black (South Wales West): How many times did Welsh Government officials meet with AWEMA in the six months following each of the reports into AWEMA in 2002 and 2004, and following concerns raised by the then Chair in 2007. (WAQ61489)

Kirsty Williams (Brecon and Radnorshire): What were the average waiting times for IVF treatment for each LHB in each of the last five years for a) the first cycle; and b) the second cycle (if applicable). (WAQ61479)

Janet Finch-Saunders (Aberconwy): Will the Minister provide an update on the progress of each of Wales’s 22 local authorities in conducting a survey of councillors and unsuccessful candidates following May's local government election, under the terms of the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2011.
