The Minister for Health and Social Services (Edwina Hart): I have noted the recent change of availability of the strip of land that could provide access to the Bath House site in Cardigan. I await clarification of the impact this may have on the previous planning decision for the use of the site for the future development of a new hospital in Cardigan. Meanwhile the Hywel Dda NHS Trust and Ceredigion Local Health Board are continuing to work on the development of a model of care and appropriate business case for these much needed new facilities including looking at suitable site options.
