Kirsty Williams (Brecon and Radnorshire): Will the Minister provide details of all Welsh Assembly Government projects that have had an under-spend of greater than 10% in the last two budget years, naming each project and the level of under-spend in a) percentage and b) absolute terms. (WAQ55904)

Kirsty Williams (Brecon and Radnorshire): In each year since 1999, what has been the total value of unspent provision in the DEL assigned budget that has: a) been returned to Whitehall; and b) successfully retrieved by the Welsh Assembly Government in the form of End of Year Flexibility.
