To ask the Minister for Business, Enterprise, Technology and Science

Antoinette Sandbach (North Wales): Further to the answer to WAQ58080, and in particular with respect to the information relating to the presence of a SSSI on common land, will the Minister clarify i) what would trigger a loss of rights; ii) would such a loss be subject to compensation; and iii) what authority the Welsh Government has to remove 'rights to graze' from their owners. To ask the Minister for Education and Skills

Aled Roberts (North Wales): How many FE and HE institutions in Wales do not have student representation on their Boards of Governors/Senate. (WAQ58140)

Andrew RT Davies (South Wales Central): Will the Minister confirm that the Welsh Government has received explicit legal advice confirming that its policy of offering a tuition fee subsidy to Welsh students, wherever they choose to study in the UK, is not in breach of EU law. (WAQ58142)
