David Melding (South Wales Central): How many firms received business support under each element of the Single Investment Fund programme; starting up; expansion; modernisation; restructuring; developing new products; processes and services; specialist advice; general business support and mentoring between April and October 2009 and how did this compare against targets for each element of the SIF. David Melding (South Wales Central): What is the average time from the initial enquiry to the Welsh Assembly Government to the award of funding for firms applying for assistance in the Single Investment Fund’s programmes. (WAQ55396)

David Melding (South Wales Central): What proportion of the Business Support Programme had been expended by 31st October 2009. (WAQ55397)

To ask the Minister for Health and Social Services

Jonathan Morgan (Cardiff North): What consideration has the Minister given to the recent restrictions on alcohol promotions in the on-licensed trade in Scotland and whether such measures should be applied in Wales. (WAQ55398)

Andrew RT Davies (South Wales Central): Will the Minister confirm how much has been paid to Local Health Boards in reimbursement for free prescriptions between 1st April and 1st December 2009 and how much of that funding applies to patients who would not have been eligible prior to April 2007.
