Jenny Randerson (Cardiff Central): What targets or estimates for the capacity of number of jobs in Techniums has the Welsh Assembly Government made over the last five years. (WAQ53445)

Jenny Randerson (Cardiff Central): Is the Minister aware of the figure of 1,297, or similar, as a Welsh Assembly Government target or expectation for the capacity of techniums in terms of numbers of jobs within the technium network at any one time. (WAQ53446)
