Kirsty Williams (Brecon and Radnorshire): Will the Minister outline the expectations of, and conditions of, the education commissioners appointed to Blaenau Gwent, including but not exclusive to remit, hours of work expected, resourcing i.e offices and staff time, monetary remuneration and benefits / awards.
