To ask the First Minister

Eluned Parrott (South Wales Central): How many organisations submitted a bid for the contract to run the Wales for Africa Programme Support Infrastructure from 2015-18, the deadline for which was in November 2014, and when will the winner be announced? (WAQ68275)

Answer received no 3 February 2015

The First Minister of Wales (Carwyn Jones): Only one eligible bid to run the Wales for Africa grant was received. The successful bidder has been informed. No formal announcement is planned. A launch event will be held to coincide with the start of the new programme in April 2015.
