The Senedd Business meeting and document management system (the SBMS System) is a vital piece of technical infrastructure used for formal Senedd Business. The current system is due for renewal at the end of the Sixth Senedd, to be ready for the start of the Seventh.

In order to perform robust market testing, users are invited to share and comment on their experience of using the system, so that current user requirements are well-understood.
