Assembly elects new Subordinate Legislation Committee

The National Assembly yesterday elected its first Committee under the new Government of Wales Act. The Subordinate Legislation Committee will scrutinise detailed legislation proposals from the Welsh Assembly Government. The Committee members are: Karen Sinclair (Labour), Alun Davies (Labour), Irene James (Labour), Sandy Mewies (Labour), Janet Ryder (Plaid Cymru), Dai Lloyd (Plaid Cymru), Andrew RT Davies (Conservative), Paul Davies (Conservative) and Eleanor Burnham (Liberal Democrat).
