Lord Elis-Thomas, Presiding Officer of the Assembly and President of the CPA Wales Branch: “I look forward to celebrating Commonwealth Day and Wales’s links with the Commonwealth. There is a diverse range of relationships to celebrate from businesses, churches and faith communities, culture, education, and sport.  Whether you are from another Commonwealth country living and working in Wales or from Wales with links to the Commonwealth we would like to welcome you to the Senedd to celebrate Commonwealth Day with us.’
