Football clubs to give evidence to Assembly Committee in Llangollen

The Assembly’s Culture, Welsh Language and Sport Committee will hear evidence from football clubs at a meeting in Llangollen next week. The Committee is meeting in the International Pavilion, Llangollen, on Thursday June 15. Representatives form Rhyl, TNS and Bangor football clubs will be talking to members as part of the Committee’s review of football in Wales. Brian Lawlor, North West Wales Referee Officer, and Richard Lillicrap, Supporters Direct, will also be giving evidence. At the same meeting the Committee will be agreeing the terms of its   response to the WAG consultation on the merger of the Welsh Language Board.
