Want to see what the Assembly has achieved over the past year?

18 July 2013

The Assembly Commission published its Annual Report and Statement of Accounts this week. An infographic has also been created to complement the report and illustrate some of the key milestones the Assembly achieved over the past year.

It also includes some interesting, albeit little known facts, including the following:

During 2012-2013...

  • 263 Assembly committee meetings were held

  • 49 committee inquires were conducted (an inquiry is an investigation into a certain topic or area to see if any improvements can be made)

  • 87,424 people visited the Senedd to see the Assembly at work.
