Senedd Neuadd

29 July – 7 September

Small World Theatre is creating a giant art sculpture of a phoenix in the Senedd and you're invited to take part.

Made of sustainable, reclaimed and repurposed materials, the striking phoenix sculpture will stand proudly in the Senedd’s windows and form the backdrop for live music on the Senedd steps at this year’s Butetown Carnival.

Join us throughout the summer holidays to make your very own phoenix feather that will become a part of the sculpture.

Small World Theatre: Phoenix Feather Making Workshop

Senedd Neuadd
27 August, 14:00 - 16:00

Small World Theatre will also be running a very special Phoenix making workshop on Sunday 27 August, between 14:00-16:00

Join the artists to create fabulous feature feathers for the phoenix, and complete the sculpture on the opening day of the carnival.

This is a drop-in workshop, so there's no pre-booking required.

Suitable for children aged 6+ who must be accompanied by an adult throughout. This activity is great for families and small groups who like to work together.
