From car parking to accessible toilets, we want your visit to the Pierhead to be as enjoyable as possible.

 

Accessible Car Parking

We have accessible parking for disabled visitors. Please book these spaces at least 24 hours in advance.

**Your name, contact details, vehicle registration number, date and time of visit are required to make the booking for an accessible parking space.

 

Wheelchair Provision

To borrow a wheelchair you can either book in advance or ask a member of staff on arrival (subject to availability). We have ramps and lifts to all public areas.

 

Accessible toilets

Toilets are located on the ground and second floors of the building.

For non-binary visitors gender neutral toilets available.

 

Blind and visually impaired visitors

Signage is in braille and large print guides are available on request.

 

Deaf and hearing impaired visitors

Reception desks and public galleries are fitted with a hearing loop.

 

Assistance dogs

We welcome guide dogs, hearing dogs and assistance dogs in the Pierhead.

 

Visitors with autism and sensory differences

For visitors with autism and sensory differences, we welcome preparatory visits by carers and helpers and we have a quiet room available on request.
