Congratulates Wales' world champions rugby union Sevens side on their stunning success at the recent Rugby World Cup Sevens in Dubai;

Notes that this victory has further helped put Wales on the world sporting map;

Hopes that this will strengthen the argument for Rugby Sevens to be made an Olympic sport.
