Justice for Former ASW Workers

Notes:

The recommendations of the Parliamentary Ombudsman, stating that former ASW workers should be paid 100% compensation as workers and pensioners from bailed out banks have received;_<\}100\{>Argymhellion yr Ombwdsmon Seneddol, sy’n nodi y dylai cyn-weithwyr ASW gael 100 y cant o iawndal yn union fel y cafodd gweithwyr a phensiynwyr y banciau a achubwyd;

That their pensions would have been safe if the UK Government had provided the protections it assured workers had been put in place; and_<\}0\{>Y byddai eu pensiynau wedi bod yn ddiogel petai Llywodraeth y DU wedi darparu’r warchodaeth yr oedd wedi sicrhau wrth y gweithwyr ei bod yn bodoli;

Calls on the First Minister to press UK Ministers to live up to the promises they made while in opposition to secure justice for the former ASW workers._<\}0\{>Yn galw ar Brif Weinidog Cymru i roi pwysau ar Weinidogion y DU i wireddu’r addewidion a wnaethant pan oeddent yn wrthblaid i sicrhau cyfiawnder i gyn-weithwyr ASW.
