Welsh Rugby Team – 2013 6 Nations Tournament Champions

This Assembly:

• Congratulates the Welsh Rugby Team on winning the 2013 6 Nations Championship for the second consecutive year running;

• Recognises that Wales scored a record breaking 30-3 win over England at the Millennium Stadium in their final match of this year’s tournament;

• Proudly notes that Wales has won the Championship 26 times in the history of the tournament;

• Acknowledges the fantastic achievements of the Welsh Rugby Team throughout the 2013 6 Nations tournament; and

• Wishes the Welsh Rugby Team and coaching staff every success in all future tournaments.
